Currently he works as a freelance musician and music teacher, and frequently joins forces with local Irish trad band, New Leaf.  Julian’s fiddling style is firmly grounded in the traditional music of Ireland, with the foundation of his skill built off of a disciplined classical background. It also incorporates elements of Scottish, Blues, Rock n’ Roll, Old Time, Middle Eastern, Greek, Country, Cape Breton, English, and Breton music, all of which have influenced his playing and original tunes written over the years. He currently lives in Ware, Massachusetts with his wife and feline fur children.
