Initial Deposit – Due Immediately
An initial deposit of $2,000 accompanied by a fully completed reservation application and copy of your passport, is due ASAP to reserve a seat. A processing fee of 1.99% plus transaction fee of $0.49 will be added to credit card payments.
Balance Payment – Due February 8, 2026
Balance due amount after deposit:
• $1,925 per person / double room occupancy
• $2,700 per person / single room occupancy

CANCELLATION:
Cancellation notifications must be sent in writing as follows:

• Full deposit refund (no financial penalty) for cancellation 126 days prior to departure date of April 15, 2026
• $1,000 penalty for cancellation between 125 to 94 days prior to departure date
• $2,000 penalty for cancellation between 93 to 66 days prior to departure date
• Non-Refundable for cancellation between 65 to 0 days before departure date
IMPORTANT NOTE #1: The ICC REQUIRES every individual tour participant to obtain flight/travel insurance (e.g., AAA, Allianz). Travel insurance provides peace of mind and protection against the unexpected.
IMPORTANT NOTE #2: In the event you are unable to return to the U.S. on the scheduled and booked return trip for any reason (e.g. illness, injury, etc.), the ICC will NOT be held liable for food, accommodation, travel or medical expenses incurred by passengers who cannot return on the scheduled ICC trip.
